Troubleshooting: Missing CE credits
Steps to review if you completed a continuing education course but your credits have not been reported to the Board
Verify course completion is 100%: sometimes courses have end-of-course surveys or quizzes that must be completed in addition to the live class or online video modules.
Review your contact information: we need to submit credits under your full, legal name as shown on your license certificate. If you have a nickname or shortened name, be sure that the version of your name submitted with your course certificate matches your license.
Check your License Number is accurate: if there are any discrepancies between your license number on the certificate and your active license, the Board may not recognize your CE credits towards renewing your license.
Check your license status: if your license is expired, invalid, or otherwise suspended, you may need to perform extra steps to renew/re-enable your license before CE credits can be submitted. This also sometimes applies to active licenses with overdue continuing education from prior years.
